   It should be selected based on mouthpiece comfort and ease of valve cleaning. For continuous jogging paces, a medical-grade silicone regulator with stable mechanical steps allows gradual adaptation without hindering natural movement.

   what material are the devices made of

   We use medical-grade silicone for the mouthpieces and 304 stainless steel for the tubes and control diaphragms. These are non-toxic components, washable with mild soap and water, designed not to retain tastes or odors.

   Detach the silicone mouthpiece and rinse it under running warm water after each session. For a thorough clean, briefly soak it in mild soapy water and let it air-dry on a clean surface.

   what payment methods does the store accept

   We accept cash on delivery to pay the courier upon package arrival, as well as direct bank transfer. We do not process card payments or credit platforms.

   when does my order leave the workshop

   Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM on business days are prepared and packed that same afternoon in Getafe. The package is handed over to the courier service with a tracking code to check its transit at all times.

   You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return, provided the product is unused and its original hygienic seal remains intact. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, except in cases of factory defects.
