The goods

Retail sale of personal ergonomic accessories for airflow control exercises, daily nasal dilators, breathing cadence whistles, and educational materials or training guides on conscious breathing techniques applied to physical activity. The technical data sheets specify the contents, quantity, and dimensions. The product imagery shows the actual design, although the outer packaging design may vary slightly.

Ordering and contract

The purchase is confirmed once the payment process is completed. We send an order confirmation by email, and the contract is finalized when the items leave the warehouse. We reserve the right to decline orders due to stock shortages or data errors, promptly refunding any amount paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are set in EUR, including applicable VAT. Shipping costs are clearly detailed on the screen before checkout. Accepted methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. In the event of an obvious typographical error in the price before dispatch, we will give you the option to confirm or cancel your purchase.

Product images and colours

We photograph the actual items leaving the workshop. Screen color varies depending on your monitor, browser, or ambient lighting; a slight color variation does not constitute a technical defect or qualify for free returns or compensation. We list dimensions, materials, and technical specifications on each accessory page.

Transfer of risk

We remain responsible for the parcel until it is received by you or your designated recipient at the specified address. From that point forward, any damage or loss is your responsibility. If you notice external damage upon receipt, note it on the courier delivery slip and notify us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate returns according to our return policy guidelines. In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of Spain, physical goods benefit from a three-year statutory warranty against manufacturing defects or lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery, excluding regular wear and tear resulting from use or improper maintenance.

• Oral devices, training mouthpieces, and nasal dilators whose hygienic safety seal has been removed after delivery.
• Educational guides, downloadable training plans, or customized digital content whose supply has begun with the express consent of the user.
• Accessories manufactured or customized according to individual specifications provided by the customer.
• Sealed items that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or biosecurity reasons once removed from their original packaging.
• Goods that, after delivery and by their nature, have become inseparably mixed with other products.

Liability

The maximum liability attributable to Verdalia Respiración Consciente S.L. for any claim arising from the sale shall be strictly limited to the total amount actually paid by the buyer for the order under dispute. Nothing herein limits statutory legal obligations that apply under current regulations.

Age and use

Purchases require a minimum age of 18 years. Use each device according to the included technical instructions; this equipment does not replace the advice of a qualified physician.

Governing law and disputes

These contractual terms are governed exclusively by Spanish law and the European Union regulatory framework. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's domicile residing in Spain. If a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the courts corresponding to the registered office of the company will hold jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
