Delivery times are calculated in business days following dispatch. Remote destinations may take 1 to 2 additional days.
Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day ship on that same date. Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. A confirmation email with order number is sent immediately after checkout.
Each order is packed in recyclable double-wall corrugated cardboard boxes, using neutral cushioning fill and sealed inner bags to prevent mouthpieces and inhalation components from contacting dust, moisture, or mechanical impacts during transit.
Once the package is prepared, the customer receives an electronic notification via email and text message with an individualized tracking code to monitor delivery in real time through the carrier portal.
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, send your order number to [email protected]. We will file a claim with the carrier and offer you a replacement shipment or a full refund (your choice) within 10 business days of notification.
If external damage to packaging is detected upon receipt, the recipient must record it on the courier delivery note and report it to our customer support team within a maximum of 48 hours, providing photos of the parcel and the affected item.
We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We will never ask for your banking credentials or card numbers via phone call or email.
We ship orders to a specific list of destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times are detailed before checkout. Any applicable customs duties are always the buyer's responsibility.
