Chest relaxation process on the block
Firm contact
You notice the difference between soft foam and a wooden base that holds its curve.
Comfortable opening
Your shoulders release more easily, easing the feeling of chest tightness.
Established routine
Thoracic extension becomes part of your daily physical recovery routine.
Why solid wood outperforms synthetic foam
Plastic foam rollers and blocks
Standard synthetic foam rollers lose their original shape within weeks and shed microscopic debris through friction. They also lack the precise stability needed to lie still in comfort.
Pure solid wood firmness
Beechwood retains its exact shape over the years, providing rigid, unchanging support. The breathable organic cotton cover ensures easy care and a warm, soft touch.
Four-step opening on wood
Spinal support
The beech wood supports the posterior ribs and thoracic spine without giving way.
Shoulder drop
Under the effect of your own weight, the front chest muscles stretch outward.
Fuller breath
The arched position gives the ribcage more room to expand as you inhale.
Natural alignment
When you stand up, your back feels noticeably more upright.
Clara Benítez
Giving the thoracic spine rigid support for a few minutes a day helps counteract the hunched desk posture. Beechwood provides the firm base that foam simply cannot match.
Natural beech back support
We designed this extension support with long hours seated at a computer with rounded shoulders in mind. Its natural beechwood structure provides firm rigidity that does not yield under body weight, allowing the ribcage to rest on a stable arch. The breathable organic cotton cover cushions contact with the thoracic vertebrae and prevents slipping during floor sessions. It is a simple tool that invites you to open the chest, stretch the anterior muscles, and encourage deep ventilatory cycles at the end of the day.
